The goal of the workshop is to help attendees increase their performance at achieving their goals by managing the negative effects of task saturation.

This workshop is focused on teaching those tools and techniques through classroom instruction, practical exercises and experiential learning utilizing flight simulation to demonstrate both the negative impact of task saturation on performance and the effectiveness of the tools and techniques taught to beat it and achieve higher performance.
